In-Affordable Housing, Inc.'s mission is to provide affordable home ownership opportunities to build strong, vibrant communities. We believe that home ownership provides family stability, a way to build equity and security for the future, and stabilizes neighborhoods. We are here to help low to moderate income family's in obtaining their part of the American Dream, home ownership.

This becomes more challenging each year, as the cost of land increases more rapidly than the median income.

Our marketing efforts focus on reaching people who may not otherwise consider home ownership: working individuals and families, single parents, minorities, or people with no history of home ownership in their families. We also provide up to $10,000 closing cost assistance to qualified homebuyers.

We are able to continue and expand the services we provide with the support of our partners in the community. Donations help us provide services to those that need us, help with the closing costs for a qualified family, and help us maintain our outreach and education activities in the community.

As a Non-Profit organization, we are responsible for finding financial support to operate our organization and the funds necessary to help those that contact us for support.
