IN Affordable Homebuyer Education Class (1)

About the event

IAH HBE classes are from  10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center,3805 W 12th St, Little Rock, AR 72204 in  Little Rock. The cost is $75 for individuals and $125 per couple for the class only.   There are additional program options.

Taught and facilitated by HUD-certified staff and industry partners, step-by-step, you will learn the process of purchasing a home, including qualifying for the best rates, credit scores, types of loans, and much more.

Many of you are ready to sign on the dotted line; for others, there may be a few items to clean up. . Plus, learn how you may qualify for up to $30,000 in down payment assistance.

Upon completing the class, you will receive your homebuyer education certificate, which many lenders require, and it's valid for one year.

We do not offer refunds unless we postpone the class. Should that occurr, we will schedule you for an upcoming class.
